Reader jojoakaoscar left a comment on the post "What Other Foundations are Related to the Glen Rose Medical Foundation/Medical Center? which says that in January 2008 the GRMC Nursing home was cited for 5 federal violations and 8 state (Texas) violations by DADS. Thank you for that, Jojoakaoscar. YOu're right! I looked up the latter on the DADS website. The last time a state inspection was done, that is posted here, was a year ago on January 10, 2008. | Health
