As Charley Thomas said in his excellent letter to the edtior in the Glen Rose Reporter newspaper this week, "Is this a corporation of which she is a primary investor? Who are the other investors and why is there no such entity reported on the records of hte State of Texas, as required?

I looked again today at the SOS website and there continues to be NO Glen Rose Healthcare Partnership Inc, as Mr Marks called it the other day. There IS a Glen Rose Healthcare Inc that is run by Mr Marks, but of course he has insisted that that entity has nothing to do with Ms Beck's company, which, again, is not a registered company with the Texas Secretary of State. And Ms Beck's name is not associated with Mr. Marks incoporated business.

The address that Rose (aka Rosemarie) Beck used in her verbal (I hesitate at this point to call it a contract because no such paperwork has surfaced,althoug I haven't read the Bosque paper this week) with Meridian Manor and Bosque County is 552 Silicon Drive, Suite 101, Southlake, Texas 76092. I did a little looking last night and found that her company is called Merit Performance Systems.
