How did it come about that the Somervell County Commissioners approved 14.5 milliion dollars in debt  for private foundation Glen Rose Medical Foundation dba Glen Rose Medical Center (via Certificate of Obligation?)

Could we lower our expectations for what services the hospital should provide?

What would happen if you have a stroke? You're going to be flown out to a hospital.(Wondering-if you're just going to be flown out anyway and not seen, wouldn't you be better off if you know you're prone to strokes, etc, to get a helicopter air ambulance membership?)

What other options were considered?
