What about the 14.5 million dollar certificate of obligation that Somervell County Commissioners passed for private foundation Glen Rose Medical Foundatoin in March/April of 2008?
Since GRMC/GRMF has a lease with Somervell County, if the hospital district passes,would the operation of the district be bid out to all?

About the Bosque County Meridian Clinic. Marks says the entity buying it is Glen Rose Healthcare Parnership Inc. (If that's the name, then why is an incorporated business not listed on the Secretary of State's website? Marks says the editor of the newspaper is not reporting accurately. Rose Beck and a Mr. Moore are the two parties in this sale, they are the ones that put the bid in to the nursing home board in Meridian. How is it that Mr. Marks, who has been in a number of papers quoted as having a partnership with Rose Beck, doesn't know that she doesn't have a business listed on the SOS website? In this snip, Marks says that taxpayer money from the Somervell County Hospital District, should it pass, would be used, in some part, to support the Meridian and Pecan Plantation clinics. In the Bosque County newspaper of Oct 29, he says that the medical center plans to install a $90,000 x-ray unit and about $50,000 in laboratory diagnostic equipment in the clinic. "Both Marks and Beck said they could not disclose the purchase price proior to the consumation of the agreement that was expected to be final soon." Why, if it's actually Rose Beck's mystery company that is buying the company, is Gary Marks privy to the sale price? One would think he knows a lot about it if he knows this and has already arranged to put expensive equipoment from GRMC in the clinic, once purchased. Anyway, here's the video
