Initially, Gary Marks wanted 75 cents per 1000 valuation for the hospital district. After this protest, the petition was changed to cap 10 cents. The second short snip is from the public hearing which was called off on Nov 17 2008. The petition was withdrawn because of the outcry about the initial 75 cents.
