At the Waco Trib link - and here's their slideshow from the security camera.
The man didn't simply walk into his fellow jurist's office, he UNLOCKED THE DOOR, went in, and rifled through his papers. And he didn't tell the other two men he did this to about it.
Here's what I wrote about it yesterday 0 Remember that part of this complaint originated from Judge Gray attending the Somervell County Republican Club last year and making rude comments about his other, attending, fellow jurist.
The Waco Trib editorializes that he should step down.
The remarkable thing is that in admonishing Gray, the State Commission on Judicial Conduct takes no position on the conduct which originally caused eyes to flinch while reading about the court: Gray’s reputation as a literary loose cannon.
Read the article, above, and see what the man did with his campaign funds.
Gray used campaign funds to purchase a gun, pay for a gun safety course, for personal grooming, staff “incentive” lunches and to reimburse his wife for attending political events. Reports with the Texas Ethics Commission over four years showed he spent thousands of campaign dollars on gasoline, “office supplies,” computer equipment, charitable donations and numerous “working dinners” and “security” equipment.
