First post about it here.  In all posts about this, I will be putting in my own rough transcript, but listen to the audio for exact words spoken. I also have little idea how people's names are spelled from just listening to them spoken.

As I understand this first section, the questions the board had were: Why, since the language has been included in the previous TEKS, was there a decision to pull it now? Were or are there specific instances in the last 7 years of science classes teaching religion (I think that's pretty broad).

Note: I think it's quite telling that the chairman, McElroy, says something like "We're not going to use our position versus theirs" at the end of this bit-showing that there's  no open mind before hearing all the testiimony, eh?
