What's ridic is that the article says that people can still make comments about it to TCEQ. Well heck, WHY BOTHER?

You know, I have to say, after going to the TCEQ meeting a few weeks ago where the talking heads at the talbe said "Oh, we aren't in charge of THAT" or "We don't actually MEASURE air quality, we just use a projection" (or, as Jennifer Miller said, scotch tape!), makes you think that there ought to be some agency that is in charge of actually keeping the buck on their desk. (In case you missed it, here's one of the videos I took at that meeting.

Incidentally, someone told me the other day that she heard that Chalk Mountain sits on a fault line, and, should there be blasting, it might cause an earlthquake leading to collapse of the area. I hope she is able to find out about that. I remember a couple of months ago when there was an earthquake IN DALLAS which, although I don't think anyone ever said for sure, seemed to be related to gas well blasting.
