I'm sorry to say that Prop 8 in California passed, the one against marriages for gay people.  I think in the long run, discrimination will go the way of racial discrimination, including bans against mixed race relationships, and some other forms of religious discrimination. No, we are not gay in this household but two married heterosexuals that happen to believe that it's no skin off anyone's nose if two people want to partner together in marriage.
