Stunning. She was all for the investigation, until it looked like it was going forth. The investigator is set to release his report on October 10th which is Friday. So, McCain et al has appealed to the Alaska Supreme Court to hear an emergy troopergate appeal to shut down the investigation. The Alasks Supreme Court will hear the appeal on Wednesday and rule on Thursday.

Sounds like Bush, doesn't it?  Personally, I despite it when you see politics inserted into justice situations.
