I was reading humanbeing's post and article about Russia and something Gates said about how we should be helping Georgia rebuild. Why is that? On the heels of the biggest Screw the American Taxpayer fiasco in the history of our country, why aren't we all saying "LOOK. I want to know WHO we are bailling out around the world, HOW much we are paying, HOW it's being accounted for, etc". In other words, putting the check register online and then we can ALL look and say "Gee, I don't know if I WANT to pay out to help Georgia rebuild their roads when OUR country is trying to foist toll roads on us instead of fixing OUR roads  (and bridges too)."
