Yeah, despite the fact that Bush has zero concern for the environment and has tried to gut protective laws for it every which way he can, the US Court of Appeals ruled AGAINST him 2-1.

What's sickening about this is how often Bush has tried to skirt the laws and make up his own *rules*. But the courts have told him no quite often.
