Looks to me like Part 1 was yesterday and Part 2 is today. If you're one of the many, many people who are coming here to read, probably due to googling, there's lots to read and look at here. There's an icon on the left hand side of the page with an index into the many articles we've written here about it.. and that includes transcripts of the trial as well as the TEA ALJ hearing. Incidentally, just as an update, I heard that the civil case by Ogletree against GRISD continues to progress.
