Remember the guy from some other state that did an open records request to get Perry's email? And how surprised we all were that Perry not only doesn't back up his email, he deletes it often? Now an attorney is asking the AG to have Perry STOP doing that.

I wonder what the law is regarding the records that the Texas Legislature should keep.
