The Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) has increased the number of field investigators to six to be on hand Saturday to interview witnesses to the recent UFO sightings in the area.

Due to the increase in numbers, the meeting location has changed. Now, the meeting will be held at the Rotary Building in Dublin in the 100 block of Blackjack Street so witnesses will have tables and chairs to complete official sighting reports.

Ken Cherry, MUFON state director, said he has received at least 50 phone calls.

“Typically, we send one investigator and at the most two,” Cherry said. “We've never had anything like this where we've had this many witnesses within the state or really the whole country.”
