Younger Americans will be getting more stringent drivers' licenses soon.
Under post-9/11 security rules, those born after December 1st of 1964 will be getting more secure licenses crafted by the Homeland Security Department.
The new rules will be unveiled Friday.

There is one notable exception: those more than 50 years old.
