This entry is about the GOP's use of fear as a tool, in this case featuring immigration and it's a good read. He compares Ronald Reagan's era of "Tear Down that Wall" with "BUILD THE DANG WALL". I particularly liked this paragraph.

First of all - this is the same party that has more American soldiers on foreign soil any time since World War 2. We don't seem to have any problem tromping on other sovereign nations or crossing any boarders to protect ourselves from the nebulous and often undefinable 'terrorist' threat.
