Rick Noriega fans, tell us why you support him

I heard someone talk about why he supports Rick Noriega for Senate and I was very intent on finding out some stuff about Noriega that I didn't know before. The only things mentioned were his military record and his state legislature term where he fought Tom DeLay. I found out nothing new...so I would like to hear from his supporters, why should I vote for Rick Noriega?
