A German citizen who claimed he was kidnapped, imprisoned and tortured by the CIA lost his appeal on Tuesday when the Supreme Court refused to review a decision dismissing the case because it would expose state secrets.

Oh. State secrets like the United States kidnapped him, tortured him, and then, ooopsie, let him go. Um. Other countries know all about this anyway and the man has TALKED about what happened. Here's the court brief of El-Masri vs Tenet.
