Remember how Bush made an executive order in direct contradiction of the Presidential Records Act to keep the records of Daddy Bush, Clinton, etc from the public? Heck, even SMU, which will no doubt get Bush's Whitewash Library wanted those dang records. A Federal Appeals Court has struck down part of that order, which is a blow to Bush's Secret-Secret government (I've always thought he doesn't want anyone to see how Poppy Bush was involved in Iran-Contra).
