I cannot even imagine why this man is even NOW still in power, except that for some bizarre reason Bush is loyal to him. One wonders if Bush will say "Hmm. My Legacy is in jeopardy because I insist on keeping this man on" or if he's doing it because Bush himself has some criminal activities he's trying to hide and a new AG might root them out.
