So the immigration bill would have increased the number of H-1B visa's from 65,000 (plus 20,000 for degree'd workers) to 115,000 that are allowed for foreign workers to come and take our jobs at Oracle, Microsoft, Sun, and other technology companies. Since this bill is dead this is good news right? Well not so fast...they are trying to slam another bill through which will increase the number to 115,000. This bill is called the "Securing Knowledge, Innovation and Leadership Act" and should be shot dead on arrival. They are trying to backdoor this in so people need to let the congress know what you think about it.
