I see a press release from sometime in the last couple of years where Dick Gephardt joined the American Income Life Insurance Company Labor Advisory Board. and that the company is a subsidiary of Torchmark.Maybe it has to do with Bernard Rapoport.and/or his foundation.

Or maybe he's stopping by to thank him.
