Thoughts on the accused 'Spam King'

I have no sympathy for those that send me spam but I do have a very bad taste of cases being tried on TV before they are ever tried in court. Here I am reading that this person is accused (and they used his name) of spamming, they say he was able to send 90 million emails in three months, & that he made more than 1 million dollars (in my best dr. evil voice). Whether or not this is 1 is another story...This person is accused and has not been convicted of anything as of yet on this matter. It makes me ill when someone has been pretty much prosecuted in the public's eye without a day in court. Whether this person is guilty or not guilty is yet to be determined yet we have details of this operation. How is it that FEDERAL prosecuters leaked this info? Should they not be talking about this person (by name no less)? What if it was your name they were accusing, would your conlcusion be the same? What if it was your son or daughter?
