Pretty sad story. What do you do when you're poor, and, among other things, the VA cuts back your payments?

Bryan police now believe the Vietnam veteran mailed letters to Edwards frustrated about reduced VA monthly checks, bank overdraft charges, and paying back child support.
He also said his future was mired in poverty and hopeless.
