1. Iraq War Budget: Passed, 99-0, and sent to conference with the House (HR 1268) a bill providing $77 billion this fiscal year for U.S. military actions in Iraq and Afghanistan. The bill raises total appropriations for combat and reconstruction in Iraq to at least $212 billion since early 2003. For Afghanistan, it raises appropriations to at least $65 billion since late 2001. CORNYN and HUTCHISON voted YES
