The committee in charge of considering a river walk that would go from Heritage Park, near downtown, to Big Rock Park, took a walk to scope out the lay of the land this evening. As you can see, there are a few parts that are a little steeper and closer to the Paluxy, while other areas look well suited to a picnic and playground area. The River Walk would be one of the projects considered should the 41b Sales Tax initiative (voted on by citizens of the City of Glen Rose) pass.
