Here you have the KKK ready to gather in downtown Stephenville (Erath County), a possible counter-protest group that likes to follow them around and stir it up, another peace group that will have to meet at least 2 blocks away, and warnings to store people to close up for the day. And now, 15 taser guns that were ordered before (not for KKK rally) arriving.

Police Chief Roy Halsell said all but two of his officers have been trained and are certified to carry the TASERs. And on Saturday, those officers will be carrying them.
