Wanted to hear more about the 4B sales tax proposal (and whether it still included Oakdale Park-it doesn't). Margaret Drake did a presentation on how the 4B sales tax could be used to create a riverwalk that would run from Big Rock Park up to the park behind the Expo Center all the way up to Wheeler Branch Reservoir.

There was also a discussion (on audio) of whether the City of Glen Rose ought to get a city manager and city planner. The mayor was against it; apparently this had been discussed at a meeting previous to this.

Another discussion of parties with underage minors-anyone who hosts a party with teenagers with alcohol can be fined, unless it's your own children. Also changing the speed limit downtown.

Time-Slicing-Amused by this. The company didn't even bother to show up to explain what they wanted to do, for 50 bucks.
