We've said before that SD 22's Senator Kip Averitt loves TXU's coal-fired plants. Yesterday, Doc Anderson of Waco filed a non-binding resolution, HCR43, to ask TCEQ to put a 180 day moratorium on Rick Perry's fast tracked coal plants.
