First EOG in Erath County asked the RRC to hold the public hearing that the citizens had requested about those waste injection wells in the area during the holiday season (Now, THEY, on the other hand, were going to have several months to prepare, unlike citizens of Bluff Dale). After people like Bill Gordon called them out on it, the RRC postponed the hearing to March 1, 2007 (Bear in mind that those hearings take place, NOT in Erath County or anywhere it would be convenient to attend, but in Austin) One would think that the citizens could be at their ease, knowing they have a couple of more months to prepare.
