"Bluff Dale Citizens receive early Christmas from RRC!"

The Citizens of Bluff Dale, Texas (Erath County) received notices this week that EOG Resources of Fort Worth, had requested a hearing for their proposed commercial oil and gas waste disposal well 6 miles south of Bluff Dale on County Road 205 on the Bishop SWD Lease. Due to the holiday season, they may have a week at best to prepare for the hearing. EOG Resources will get almost three months! How fair is this?

Argggh. This really does appear that the RRC is trying to rush through this complaint entered by citizens of the area VERSUS the leisurely huggy-huggy hearing that EOG Resources gets.
