Cleburne Times-Review article discussed both how the original lawsuit against unfunded mandate No Child Left Behind Law was dismissed, but is now being revived in an appeal. Cleburne (Johnson County) ISD is not joining the lawsuit but it's interesting to read the Superintendent Robert Damron's comments about what he regards as its failings.
