Before I describe the events, first off, remember to bring canned and non-perishable food items to the events to donate to the Food Bank. Kudos to Karen Richardson and Karen Davenport for what looks like a fun day filled with activities.

• Parade at 10-goes from Stadium Drive down Barnard, past the courthouse, to the First Methodist Church Family Center.At the same time, at about 10 on the square, Les Anderson will announce the entries and prize winners.
• Santa is going to be at the courthouse from 12pm to 4pm, with photos at $6
• Elvis will be playing at the bandstand from 11:30am to 2:30 pm.
• Cookie contest at Anderson's restaurant, entries due by 11:00 am, judging at 2:00 pm
• Elf Camp (kids 5-14) at 1:00 and again at 3:00 at Kandy Korral.
• Fashion Show at 1:00 pm at the Palace Theatre
• Book Signing of "Comanche Captive", about Juana Cavasos from 2:00-4:00 pm at Bookshelf on the Square
• Live entertainment from 2:30 -5:30 pm (after Elvis has left the building) at the bandstand
• Wine and Cheese reception from 4:00-5:00 at Rummage Around
• Free Coffee and Fudge at Texas Treasures from 5:00-6:00 pm
• During the day, free hot cider and cookies at the Somervell County Museum, and Horse and Carriage rides narrated by members of the Somervell County Archives and Genealogy Society. Also art show at Junkyard Dog, natural Christmas ornaments at Earthly possessions, cookie decorating by Expressions and Barnard St Bakery and a historic Christmas display at Over the Hill Antiques.
