It looks to me that it is put on by Proven Concepts, Inc. so I have to assume it is a dog and pony show to get people in Bosque County to band together to choose THEM as their drilling company or perhaps they are the middle man, ala the attorneys that figure out how to get the best price for a lease.

These services include lease negotiations, land and mineral management, auditing of oil and gas production and revenue, petroleum resource management, litigation avoidance assessments and specialized testing using data validation and defensibility protocols.

The questions I have about this are: Do they take a percentage of the deal that a person signs and why would you pay THEM to do some of those things that the gas companies do anyway? In other words, why would someone want to choose THIS company to be the middleman and how much are they wanting people to cough up? Also, if they are the ones that are laying their expertise on the line, how much liability would they be in for if there's a screwup?
