Just a quick mention that I did an open records request some time back asking to see the contracts that a number of these management companies have with Somervell County Hospital District to operate what appear to be for-profit clinics in areas all over the DFW metroplex. (Update: see the link above as Somervell County Hospital District has cancelled a number of these contracts). Here is the reply from Ken Paxton. I have arranged to look at the records that are not exempted shortly
