Background here - This case was about freedom of speech about safety issues at Glen Rose Medical Center in Glen Rose, Texas

I hadn't looked at the status of the case for awhile till today and saw that the Turks settled with Ray Reynolds and the Somervell County Hospital District, amount is not disclosed on Pacer.

Update 8/28/2019- I had inquired, after an open records request. about a particular part of the settlement agreement between the Turks and the District.   

The agreement makes reference to, on p 4, negotiations leading to this agreement without apparently specifying what the actual monetary settlement, if there was one, was; the reference is to paragraph 1 which does not contain the actual settlement amount(s).  I.E., “The Turks are not otherwise entitled to the payment described in Paragraph 1”.

I am requesting the part of the settlement agreement that indicates what the financial settlement, if there was one, was, to be sent back to me in email as a digital copy.

According to CEO Ray Reynolds, there was no amount paid to the Turks on behalf of the District. ".  There is no addendum, exhibit or attachment to the Settlement Agreement provided to you previously.  There is no other Settlement Agreement to which the District is a party."
