Hadn't looked at the Turk case for awhile, saw this today- Scheduling order downloaded from Pacer. Among other items like dates when discovery should be done, motions filed, etc, the date of December 18, 2017 is court date. 

Jury selection and trial will begin at 9:00 A.M. on this date in District Courtroom #3, United States Courthouse, 501 West Fifth Street, Austin, Texas. 

I notice that the location is no longer in Waco, but Austin.
