Only 2 more main chances for current Somervell County Hospital Board to evaluate employee Ray Reynolds (3/19/2017)

Just a reminder that the Somervell County Hospital District board is breaking not only Texas law but also Somervell County Hospital District bylaws by not ever having evaluated CEO Ray Reynolds, who is an at-will employee of the hospital (Glen Rose Medical Center) who serves "at the will of the board". See previous blog post about this, where the previous (first) elected board also never ever had the required evaluation.

I personally see the Somervell County Hospital District as a rubber stamp board, and certainly they don't appear to be concerned about following the law, but they do have 2 more main meeting chances to rubberstamp an evaluation. Last time Ray Reynolds, back in 2015, was to be evaluated, but the action was aborted, Ray Reynolds asked to have his evaluation done before the public. Hopefully, to be consistent, IF somehow the current board does its duty,he would also want the public to come, see and hear.
