Just Wondering-Why Doesn't Somervell County Commissioners Court Have a Public Comment Section?

from the last regular meeting agenda Feb 13 2017

City of Glen Rose Town Council meeting has one. Somervell County Hospital District has one. Glen Rose ISD Board meeting has one. Somervell County Water District has one. Now, it may be that no one comes to a particular meeting to take advantage of that, but why would it be left off? It may be that someone that lives here has something they would like to bring up before the commissioners court and it's not on the agenda. If something is not on the agenda, it's a violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act to do it. Citizen comments ought to be an agenda item.
