This also explains why Reynolds tried, last year (2015)  to tell everyone not to divulge doctor salaries; said that in a public open meeting. "Let's keep the doctors's salaries private among ourselves"  (Here is the budget information for doctors salaries from 2016)  Let me put a fine point on this. This was at a PUBLIC meeting that was not only recorded on audio AND video, but anyone from the public could go, it was not a secret meeting with secret handshakes.

Also informs as to why the board brought up about how Somervell County Salon, as a news and media site, can get information, from the internet, before he can. (Ron Hankins also apparently does not understand this, as he sounds a little pertubed in the video excerpt below.) After an executive session, Ron Hankins in open session moved to take advice of counsel and issue a press release to the local paper, adding an additional sentence to be drafted by attorney. The press release references my blog, this blog, Somervell County Salon and Ray Reynolds also made mention of my blog in the Turk lawsuit, as if finding things on the internet is somehow inappropriate. (Let's all pull out the constitution, shall we?)

Hankins And someone has made sure that there is information out there that we have been sued because obviously people found out and it came other ways 

Parker: It came from legal operations so it was all legitimate, and it is, and we're being sued.

Honestly, I have sympathy for some people who are older that don't understand the way computers and the internet work. (Of course, there are a lot of people who, being older, nonetheless DO understand) Perhaps both would benefit from a computer class that includes how to navigate around on the internet.
