I'm getting quite a collection of articles about unpleasant and intrusive ways the government makes the flying experience miserable. The other day I wrote about SPOT (Screening Passengers Through Observation Technique) which really means "TSA personnel who undoubtedly have their own prejudices are going to get some jollies in their dull and underpaid lives by watching YOU, engaging you with some questions and then pulling you into an unmanned human lie detector machine to see if you're a criminal". And maybe, if you're a hot female, they'll put you into the We See Nekkid People machine for their very own version of Airport Porn.
Had to go blow up the picture from Suspect Detection Technologies of the Cogito1002 machine.

Tell me the truth. Doesn't this pic just BEG FOR A CAPTION? As in, "Hey! This machine is unmanned, can I make a break for it and sprint through the unprotected door leading to the lounge?"
First off, here's what the Chron said about SPOT

I just got done watching Soul Plane the other day, and you know what I"m thinking about TSA screeners if you saw it! Anyway, TSA Is Trained, So Do Not Worry, They Know the Difference Between If You're
