OR participating in *walking* quorums, TAKE A PICTURE (you can do it with your phone)  and then file a complaint with the county or district attorney. I've heard a rumour, that may be completely unsubstantiated, that some on the hospital board may be  doing that. I don't personally know if that is 1 or not, but if you do know that, please say something.. Somervell County Hospital District voted in a previous meeting not to have committee meetings, and most of the people on the board, having served in other positions, know better than to meet in quorum numbers to discuss govt business outside of a posted meeting. IF THAT IS HAPPENING, and you observe it, don't sit idly by and allow it to continue. If you'd like, send me the pic anonymously and I'll post it. 

Every citizen has the right to come to a posted board meeting and hear deliberations and discussion there.
