Ron Hankins Says What Luminant is Doing is *Corporate Evil* and *Bullying*

A certain irony here eh? (Also had to laugh when Hankins said that he wasn't sure that Luminant understood that "our tax dollars would be going outside this county to somebody else". (Hello! Pecan Family Medical Center in Hood County's hospital district where Hood county residents pay ZERO tax!!!). Hankins apparently thinks Luminant personnel don't really understand the situation here and "don't seem to be reacting rationally". (More times Ron Hankins himself hasn't acted rationally or understood situations properly, himself been a bully, and flat out been WRONG) Have to also wonder why anyone on the hospital board finds it appropriate to actively denigrate entites they are in lawsuits with that pay around 80 percent of property taxes; Will calling Luminant *evil* and implying they are dumbasses somehow soften their stance? Course that's poor Ole Ron, can't control himself and that belligerence that can't help but creep out, plus he has his magic hat on again that just KNOWS what Luminant thinks. Sheesh. (Never thought the day would come for me when I would wonder if Ray Reynolds snickers privately at Hankins from behind his hand, because heck, Reynolds is much more smooth than that, at least publicly.)
One other interesting thing. Margaret Drake said (and was corrected) "The irony of that is they[meaning Luminant] have to have a hospital in the county to justify the regulatory". Dwayne Griffin said "No, their actual hospital is Huguly and Walls or what used to be Walls in Cleburne. " Drake "So they didn't use the location of this hospital as justification for regulatory". Griffin "They cannot, because it's in a 10 mile EPZ". Hankins" They'd have to evacuate in case of emergency". (EPZ info from nrc.gov for Comanche Peak here)
