Luminant had until this last Friday, June 3, 2016 to file an appeal against the March 10, 2016 ruling the 18th District Court of Somervell County's Judge John Neill made which ordered Luminant to pay property tax against value of $2,221,721,055 (Comanche Peak property). Luminant filed a notice of  appeal on June 1 2016, papers in on June 2, 2016 .
