Have just heard informally that Dr Turk has just received papers in the last day or so that terminate his employment contract (90 days). At the same time, according to the schedule of the lawsuit that the Turks have against Somervell County Hospital District and Ray Reynolds, there was to be a status meeting today at 10:00 am regarding the case.
Update: Turk Notice Letter.
Let that be a lesson to you, folks. If you care about hospital safety, KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT even if people DIE at Glen Rose Medical Center, otherwise, you won't be working there. The *Machine* Will Get YOU! But if you have a daughter who takes pictures of dead people and body bags and posts them on instagram, and you yourself are the kind of person that steals money from a church. THAT's the kind of employee GRMC will keep on for a very long time, with no repurcussions (I believe she has finally been let go after her last DWI, but have not confirmed that. Thought MAYBE GRMC might put out a press release about it.. .but no).
Fish Rots From the Head. Not talking about Dr Turk
