NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
SOMERVELL CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given by posting of this notice at the Somervell County Courthouse Annex and at the Somervell Central Appraisal District Office of a public meeting of the Somervell Central Appraisal District to be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:15 A.M. at the Somervell Central Appraisal Office, 112 Allen Drive, Glen Rose, Texas in which time the following matters of business will occur, to wit:

1. Call to Order/Declaration of Quorum
2. Public Comments
3. Review and consider approval of the minutes of the April 25, 2016 regular Board of Directors Meeting.
4. Review and consider approval of the resolution to set up an additional Revenue Fund Checking Account
labeled as “Legal Fund”.
5. Review and consider approval of monthly financial reports and disbursements for the period ending April 30, 2016.
6. Review the monthly entity tax collections activity reports for April 2016.
7. Open Public Hearing for the 2017 proposed budget for Somervell Central Appraisal District.
8. Review and approve the 2017 budget for Somervell Central Appraisal District.
9. Discuss and consider approval of replacing two (2) A/C units in the Appraisal District office building with reserve
funds.

11. Review Somervell Central Appraisal District Staff Reports

12. Closed Executive Session in accordance with Open Meetings Act, TEX GOV’T CODE, §551.071 AND §551.074 to discuss:
