Note: One part of this video very difficult to hear due to one of the attendees turning on a very loud coffee machine during the meeting.

Didn't take long. First meeting of the new board shows them breaking the bylaws of the district. 

Incidentally, went down today to get pics of the auditing report documents. Will be putting them on this link. 

P.S. Suggest that the new board take a look at the 501a contract and passing money back and forth. The original contract required that there be justification for money and then proof it was spent the way it was asked for.
