As noted here in the last week, someone, not the board because this had not been brought up in a meeting and voted on, attempted to get a loan from Somervell County for half the bond payment due. 

• Thursday Jan 28, 2016. Apparently Ray Reynolds and Michael Honea approached the Somervell County auditor Brian Watts or vice versa to find out about getting a loan from the county to pay half the bond ($315,000). No board meeting of either Somervell County Hospital District nor Somervell County Commissioners Court had been held or scheduled.
