On January 11, 2016, The 7th District Court of Appeals "directs appelants to show why we have jurisdiction over the captioned appeal. Of the various claims alleged by Ernest and Shirley Reinke in the trail court, one encompassed declaratory relief and the receipt of attorney's fees. The latter two matters were not addressed in the summary judgement awared the Reinkes. Thus, the appellants and appellees are ordered to explain, in writing, whether all claims have been disposed of and whether the summary judgement is a final and appealable order. Each explanation must be received by the clerk of this court on or before Thursday, January 21, 2016.
